Navy Dolphin is an anti-thesis of the Blue Whale game (history below). It tries to focus on the good in peoples lives - including but not limited to friends, family, food, good books, that walk through your neighborhood, etc. In addition to the "good challenges", Navy Dolphin a few resources that should help people keep hope and reach out to good organizations in times of distress.

A little history on the evil twin of Navy Dolphin - Blue Whale. Blue Whale is "social media" game that involves the players completing a series of challenges over a 50 day period with the final challenge requiring the player to commit suicide. Over the last two years, hundreds have lost their lives to this senseless phenomenon that preys on the minds of innocent people. While the perpetrators of this game have yet to be found, so many families have been devastated by this game. This game also brings the topic of mental illness and suicide into the limelight. It shows that so many people are affected by these issues and feel so alone that all it takes are a few unkind words to push them over the edge.
